Why are my agents not able to create or access Global Reports?

Global Reports help you make informed decisions by providing a holistic view of the activities across departments. However, unlike regular reports, the permission to access Global Reports is, by default, given only to the administrators of Zoho Desk. If you would like to give your agents or any other custom profile the access to Global Reports, follow the steps mentioned below:
  1. Log in to your Zoho Desk with administrator privileges.
  2. Click the Setup icon (  ) in the top bar.
  3. In the Setup Landing page, click Permissions under Users and Control.
  4. Under the Permissions menu, click Profiles.
  5. In the Profiles page, select the profile that you want to provide access to Global Reports.
  6. Enable the toggle for Global Reports and Dashboards under Multi-department Permissions column.
  7. Your settings will be saved instantaneously.
