The Zoho Projects integration allows you to create tasks and submit issues for a Project from inside your help desk tickets. You can learn how you can go about doing both of these in this article.

Prerequisite:

You (or your support administrator) must have configured the Zoho Projects integration in your help desk.

Creating a Task for a Project from Zoho Desk

  1. You can create a new task for a Project from inside a ticket in Zoho Desk. This task created inside a ticket can then be synced with Zoho Projects.

To create a new task:

  1. Go to the ticket you'd like to create a task.
  2. Click the More Actions icon (  ) at the top right corner of the ticket.
Click Create Task from the drop menu.

Notes:
The task fields such as subject, description, and due date will stay in sync with its equivalent in Zoho Projects.
You can also delink tasks under the Activities module.
